GenXL was formed through the strategic partnership of its parent companies XL Tech Group and GEN3 Partners.  The combination of Gen3's technological and XLTG's market expertise has given GenXL a unique ability to discover and develop new businesses while limiting investment risk.

GenXL has created a worldwide network of scientists, academics and innovators from some of the leading organizations across the globe. They work diligently to assist GenXL in finding, cultivating and developing undiscovered intellectual property assets with the intention of creating new businesses and markets.

GenXL is headquartered in Northern California, but also has offices in Boston, Melbourne, Fla., Moscow, and St. Petersburg, Russia.
